Undersigned has order Hp 2000-2160tu Notebook Pc 500GB 2GB,Dual Core thro paisa pay ID 35169145722 and done the payment thro HDFC debit card of Rs19200/-(details attached herewith) on dated 09.12.2013,I got the message that above item has been shipped thro DTDC AWB No. Z09847997, accordingly I have done article tracking over DTDC website and came to know that above item has been delivered thro signature on dated 13.12.2013 at haldwani. But in actual the above item has not been delivered at mentioned address i.e AZAD YUNUS JE PWD NIRAN KHAND TIKONIA OPP. ANSARI FURNITURE HALDWANI (copy of order attached) then I personally contacted DTDC office haldwani and came to know the fact that AWB No. Z09847997 belongs to someone else address/person and description is not as mentioned in the order /paisa pay id 35169145722, consignment was only 20gram envelop as described by the DTDC haldwani office. On dated 13.12.2013 I had contacted Ebay but due to late timings unable to had a chat with ebay customer care representative at the same time I had recorded voice message mentioning non receipt of item against paisa pay ID 35169145722 and on the same day sent one email to ebay. On 14.12.2013 after receiving no response from ebay regarding non-receipt of item against paisa pay ID 35169145722,I contacted seller shri Ramsavrup yadav over mobile no.9529916018 as mentioned by the ebay over contact seller log. Seller shri Ramsavrup yadav said that since item has not delivered to you against paisa pay ID 35169145722 and DTDC AWB No. Z09847997, he told me that thro DTDC AWB No. Z09847997 he had sent some invoice of 20 gram envelop to some computer shop and wrongly given me that docket number ,upon asking when I will receive my item against paisa pay ID 35169145722 he said that he is going to list the same item as booked against against paisa pay ID 35169145722 just you have to made a transaction of Rs1 for item and Rs1 for shipment i.e. total Rs2/- accordingly I made the transaction and after that he call me that I am going to ship the item today or tomorrow thro blue dart .On 16 dec. I got the message that I am unable to shipped your item against paisa pay id 35209118902 and offering refund of Rs 2 and due to non receipt of item against paisa pay ID 35169145722 I am offering refund to you (copy of email attached). Nutshell of above detail is that I myself Bilal Yunus, buyer is the sufferer, I had done payment of Rs 19200/- on 9 dec 2013 thro debit card (copy attached) and 12 days passed I have not received item nor refund of Rs 19200/- against paisa pay ID 35169145722.Regarding refund against paisa pay ID 35169145722 seller is telling contact Ebay customer care (email of seller attached) and Ebay is telling contact seller for item, both are playing see-saw.
