Got a defective item ebay as well as not as described from seller on 31.12.2014.Filed a claim on 2.01.2015 numbered 823001. Have made numerous calls and every time asked to wait for 24-48 hours. And despite of all the conversation they closed the claim on 20.1.15 unresolved stating that i did not ship back the itme on time, even when I had requested a reverse pick up due to my ill health. have not got my money back neither the defective item picked up.
Want the refund at the earliest along with the compensation of Rs. 2000 for I have gone through monitory losses and mental stress.
