These fellows are really Harassing and Torturing from the last 15 days. I had booked a Mobile Phone on the ebay Shopping site which is delivered a Defective and Faulty Mobile phone. The same I had returned to the Seller Address and Seller confirmed the same. But ebay management is not at all responding to my Call,Mails and every time I call they say you have to wait for 24-48 hours, it said from the last 15 days. Please help me so that my money is refunded immediately.

The mobile phone delivered to me was Defective and Faulty and was not giving the sound output from the mobile i.e it was not ringing and music was not playing. Another thing is these fellows are selling the imported which doesn’t have any Warranty or Guarantee and Govt. taxes are not paid for the product which they are selling
