I have ordered one Fuji Finepix HS35EXR digital bridge camera with order value Rs 20499 on dated 21 Sep 2013. I collected the product but the camera bag delivered with the product was not of Fuji as mentioned in Camera box. It was of some cheap quality and undersized bag. I complaint abut the same to ebay proof of same is attached and they have provided a calim id 291229 and promised to resolve the issue with 20 days as per their policy or provide complete refund. Till date they hav not taken any action to resolve the issue neither they are replying my queries over phone or email. I tried to contact them several times. i am afraid that the whole product camera and other accessories are not genuine and need my whole money back.

I have invested Rs 20499 for the product and as per their ebay paisa pay guarantee they have not settled the claim id within 20 days they have to provide me a complete refund of my money. As the seller has changed the camera bag I am not sure even for the camera whether it is authentic/genuine/original or not.

I want my complete refund of Rs 20499, a fine of Rs 100000, a apology message display on their website for 30 days.
