I bought an HTC Desire C phone from eBay. We received the phone and realized that the Bios of the phone has been tampered with. Because of this HTC customer care executive says that the phone does not have manufacture’s warrant. There are many more issues with the phone. We raised a claim on eBay 6 days ago and have been waiting for them to call. We have not received any response from eBay. Please help us in resolving this issue.

We want the phone to be replaced. The new phone should be new one with the manufactures Bios should not be changed/tampered… I have attached a picture which shows a new software to be installed on the phone
