I got the product iBall Slide 7803 Q-900 Quad Core Duel 3G 7.8″ Tablet 1GB,16gb,5MP 4.2 Jelly from ebay. On ebay web site it is not specified that the product is with loud speakers only. I can talk by loud speakers only.But when i got the product, it is not as described. I called in ebay care but they make me to wait 10 days. After 10 days, they asked to submit the document which should be contained “Demage on arrival.” But Service center authority declined my request because as their policy, they can give the certificate if request is note within 7 day from the date of purchase.
