On 21.5.2013 we had paid Rs1800 for treatment against cockroaches and pests. The term to be covered was 2 years and the service was fixed at twice a year. The next service was carried out on 17.12.2013 wherein we paid an additional Rs1500 for mosquito control also. The next service was due in May 2014. In spite of repeated phone calls, the people refuse to come. Now they do not answer our calls. The excuse they give us is that they do not work on Sundays. This was not stated earlier. As we are working, Sunday is the only option.

We not only have lost money, but also suffered a lot of mental agony as we tried to call them repeatedly. Moreover on 20.7.2014, when we spoke to them, the man was outright rude. He would say that he would turn up on a Sunday and we would wait in vain, without cooking or going out for our chores. The medicine that they spray has a stench, which my son and husband who are asthmatic cannot inhale. So we wait for it to get over and go out. In this way many a Sundays we have waited without any proper food or plans, unaware that the firm was taking us on a wild goose chase.
