my name satish tiwari i purcahse a new whirlpool ac in April 2013 after 04 months the ac not cooling properly so i try to contact whirlpool but the company not responding properly after that my ac not working from sep 13 to march 2014 after that i am try to contact whirlpool once again so finally whirlpool send the engineer for checking the ac and he says the ac not working due to leakage the gas so he fill the gas in ac after 02 months the ac not cooling once again so i contacting once again in whirlpool the complaint no.hr 0714007986 so whirlpool says we are sending the engineers once again so after that i got a call of whirlpool engineer he says sir i have charge rs.3000 for gas refile rs.700 my fees & rs.425 my company charges his name is sonu mr. sonu says sir if you are pay the all my charge so that i can come in your home so i am saying mr. sonu please come in my home and rectify the problem my saying i think ac compressor not working company give 05 years guarantee of compressor so if compressor damage so please repair or replace with new one with guaranty period & your official fee i will pay so mr. sanu says sorry i am not coming in your home.
