aring my one of the worst online shopping experience with the so called safe ebay.in Bought nexus 5 on 22nd Nov for 33k. eBay demanded documents for proof but before I could send them the proof they cancelled my order. I got the first mail that my order is being processed and my money got deducted but later I got mail that my order has been canceled. Then when I didn’t got my money back even after 15 days max as said by eBay. I contacted them and they told me to wait for 1 month for refund but even one month passed and I didn’t got NY money back so contacted eBay again to get surprising reply that payment was rejected by gateway so money is not with eBay its with bank only and I was advised to contact bank. Then I contacted bank and had a long conversation with manager he said transaction was successful and provided me journal no of transaction which u forwarded to eBay but they never replied to my mails I had to call them every time and each time they demanded one document of proof after another ;one at a time and still never tried to my mails each time I had to call them and they used to take 10-15 days to analyze each document ;only to demand the next document ;in this way they wasted 4 months and still earning earning interest from my money. Now they r saying WE WILL NOT REPLY TO ANY OF UR EMAIL AND WILL NIT REFUND YOUR MONEY ; DO WHAT U WANT TO DO . I requested them to send me an email having all the details of the happening and state clearly that even after providing all the documents of proof why r they not refund SO THAT I CAN SHOW THAT IN CONSUMER COURY;but they straightaway denied and said we will not reply you do what u want to do. I never expected such bahaviour from eBay. Ebay has no longer remain safe place for buying. Friends be careful.. The list of documents which eBay demanded and I provided are Scanned copy of passbook Scanned copy of card Scanned copy of statement Email of order Email of payment confirmation Digital copy of transaction provided by bank mentioning TRANSACTION WAS SUCCESSFUL Letterhead from bank written and signed by bank manager stating clearly that transaction happened and money got debited but not credited back ppid 35054061533
