I have booked my goods to reach Hyderabad and Pune from Bangalore on the same day but i lost one of my cartons which has two costly Suits. Besides i booked a Refrigerator to Pune which costed 12000 2011 made, and now they have sent a faulty one and asking us to adjust with it as it is shipped to some other customer. They are not responding properly and they are talking rude to us.

Atleast get us the goods or pay us 20K as we lost very new costly suits and dresses of my wife.
