: Hi Sir, This is regarding the HP color printer which I bought on December 24, 2013. It got stopped suddenly and is hampering my day to day activities. After lodging the complaint in the company, still there is no solution. Everytime they give excuses that we are ordering the part etc. Being a middleclass business man it is very difficult to face such losses in my business. I have paid near about Rs 4500 again such that it can be resolved soon. The service engineers have taken the printer into their account. And I left with nothing now. Please look into the matter as I have purchased this printer after arranging funds from many sources.

The simple thing I want is to please handover me the new printer and income loss of last 4 months with an average of 200 per month.
