I brought a new mobile phone Nokia 130 on 25-Dec-2014 from ebay.in. after 2 month, this mobile have problem of sound, when some one is calling or dialing number the voice coming from other end is very low. I have configured full volume in setting but even it is very low so I could not hear properly. I went to the Customer Service Center of the Nokia because the mobile is in warranty period. The service center told me the mobile can not be repaired but, it will be replace from where you had brought the mobile (ebay.in). I read the manual and warranty term and condition in Nokia manual/booklet which came with mobile. Its clearly specified that the if the mobile have any problem during warranty it can not be repaired and it will be replace where you have brought (ebay.in) or it will be replace by Nokia authorize retailer so, I went to Nokia authorize retailer shop (sector – 18, Noida) but they told me that they will not going to replace mobile because you haven’t brought the mobile from Nokia authorized center so, they told me that mobile will replace from where you have brought it (ebay.in). now when i called ebay.in customer care they told me that the they are not responsible for this and they are not going to take any action for it and they just given me the seller number and told the seller will help you. When I called seller he told me that the mobile will be replace by the Nokia authorized service center. we can not replace it. My mobile have the valid bill and mobile is in warranty period, then why nobody can help me to repair and replace mobile. what is the use of this type of warranty.
