Once the product was delivered at my address i was not satisfied with the consignment as it dint meet my requirement as i desired.The product is covered under eBay Guarantee, which specifically mentions that 100% satisfaction or refund or return.once i contacted ebay customer centre and raised a claim, the same was rejected from their end.
