I purchased a television set worth Rs.33,000/- from ebay.in on 10 April, 2013 (PaisaPay ID 33469559074). Ebay.in offered me a free gift voucher ‘FREEGADGT1’ under which I was supposed to receive a 500GB portable Hard Disk Drive worth Rs. 3,500/- free of cost along with the television set within one month of purchase. I successfully used the above mentioned gift voucher and paid Rs. 33,000/- online. My order executed successfully and I received the television set in time. The issue is that the hard disk drive which was free alongwith the product was never sent to me. I repeatedly sent many emails to ebay customer care but haven’t got any response till date.

Either send me the product or refund Rs.3,500/-
