We have placed an order on 19-May-2015. order detail are as below:- Ship to: Payment details: Total: hitesh kumar Net Banking Rs. 24,950.00 76/20 , new muncipal building , 1 st floor , suklaji street mumbai, MH 400008 IN 9769811765 on the time of delivering the product we immediately call to ebay customer care without opening the prodcut that this product may be wrong product delivery kindly call back the delivery guy and take it back… but ebay executive insist to open the product .. after open the product the product was totally different from whatever we order..then we file a cliam with Claim ID: 1014044 PaisaPay ID: 39292390024 Item number: 271569254444 then we continuously following as ebay say …like send packing images and product images like all..we have all database of reply of each mail.. we also provide our alternative number two or three time but they reject our claim on be half of that we did not share pics and did not attand the call .. but we have all the proof of share the pics and provide the proper images… kidly help us to resolve the issue hitesh.
