Mobikwik offers an e-Wallet to buy things on online shopping site eBay. I placed an order on 3rd December 2014, with eBay PaisaPay ID 38014366630, worth Rs.2349/-. Then I had to cancel the order and eBay approved the refund for Cancelled order. They told I will get refund in 3-4 working days. Till today, 17 Dec 2014 I have not received the refund. On contacting eBay, they say they have initiated refund on 4th December 2014 and I should contact Mobikwik. Mobikwik says that I should contact eBay as eBay has not initiated the refund. In the end, I have not got my refund and it’s the 13th day now since the refund was said to have been initiated by eBay. Both these companies are blaming each other and not returning my money.

I only want the Rs.2349 back in my Bank Account.
