Paid for an item on ebay on 14/11/2014. Still not received the item. According to ebay policy filed an ebay guarantee claim. Not received any update regarding the claim so called customer care but did not get much assistance except an invalid email id of grievance department which I have provided above & the number of the grievance officer. No clear information about status of refund/delivery was provided. On tracking provided by Blue Dart courier the item is stuck at their warehouse for last 8 days or so since 19/11/2014. Already raised a complaint against Blue Dart.
I want refund & reimbursement for my lost time. I would prefer not to accept electronic item after such long transit time.
