I have given my stuff to them for courier on 17 November 2014 but it is not delivered yet to the destination. My docket no. is D991B2862372. Apart from this when I try to contact them then I fail to connect with proper channel. Moreover the office persons behave very rudely and show that they don’t have to reply the customers First Flight Courier

With this undelivered on or before 26 November 2014 I have lost my valuable relationship already and now my Rs. 3000/- (INR) is also under suspense.
