i have ordered sony battery from ebay in dec. 2013. i had paid by debit card. i did not receive product for 10 days. i raised claim that i did not receive product & i dont want refund(i have attached here as supportive document).i was told on phone that this product has been delivered to someone residing at shankarshet road, pune. after 5 days i received mail from ebay that product is delivered to me so claim was refused. i can forward you that mail from ebay.

i had paid 560 rs through debit card for sony battery. i was not refunded with money
