I ordered a 32 GB Pen drive from eBay.com. The pen drive has reached me without any invoice and secondly there is no sticker on the packaging mentioning the importer s name address and date of manufacturing import date. I have sufficient evidence that this is a smuggled product but in-spite of my repeated communications with eBay they are not bothering to respond to me. The seller is openly refusing to offer any guarantee on the product. Attached with this complaint is the communication I had with the seller to prove the illegal business transactions being carried out by eBay.

During one of my phone call to their customer support they offered to refund the amount but this is a serious offence and I want them to be heavily penalized as these kind of business transactions are illegal and absolutely non acceptable. They have wasted my extremely valuable time as I had bought such a high capacity pendrive for a very specific purpose and I am feeling absolutely harassed by their attitude.
