Sir, I have a domestic gas connection from Ram Raja Indane gas service, Jhansi (UP). I booked for refill my gas cylinder dated 20/12/2013, after that i called many times to the gas agency on land line phone no. 05102473295. but no response was given by it for refill of my gas cylinder. On 01/01/2014, I visited gas agency personally but it was closed. After that I called gas agency on land line phone no. 05102473295 on 02/01/2014, in response to my call he said that he will surely refill my gas cylinder on the same day, still it wasn’t done. After that agency refilled my gas cylinder on 03/01/2014.

As a compensation i want to claim amount of Rs 5,000 from Ram Raja Indane Gas Service, Jhansi (UP)
