1,Dear Sir, With due respect , I like to inform you that I am an employee of PSU and having my salary account with STATE BANK OF INDIA(SBI) .On 05/09/2013 I issued an account payee cheque which was dishonoured in spite of having sufficient amount in my account. NO.:-287652 PRESENTING BANK: INDUSIND BANK LTD., TAMLUK BRANCH RETURN REASON CODE: 99 REASON DESCRIPTION: FUNDS INSUFFICIENT Sir, I checked my account and also updated my passbook which shows no chance of funds insufficient. Sir, against my verbal complaint, home branch officials assured me to look into the matter. But till date nothing happened. Sir, I got a huge humiliation, insult from the person to whom I issued the cheque .Even he questioned my honesty and the relationship with bank also. I feel all these occurred due to negligence of some of the erring employees of one of the premium banks of world, SBI. Sir, initially I had a good faith on this bank that they will take necessary action to book its errant employees as well as return the amount deducted due to their wrong doings. But sir, practically nothing, nothing had happened. Sir I need your intervention and I believe that you will take some drastic steps so that recurrence of this type of incidents will be stopped. Also sir I request you to do whatever necessary so that through presenting bank ,the person to whom I issued the said cheque can get the knowledge of real incident. 1.i want real justice, and demand 6 lakhs(Rs 600000.00)for my humiliation and insult caused by erring employees of state bank of india. 2. the person to whom I issued the said cheque can get the knowledge of real incident includind through presenting bank. i submit all the event on the chapter.. please take necessary action on it
