I had ordered a laptop stand from ebay worth Rs. 600/-. However, the quality of the product was horrible and it could in no way take the weight of the laptop. Therefore, I had made a request for return of the product stating that the product is of inferior quality and I did not like it. However, they upfront rejected my request for return of the product saying that I did not provide the proof of the product. At the time of purchasing the product, It was clearly mentioned that the product is covered under the ebay guarantee claim. But at the time of making the request for return I was totally disappointed

I want to return my product and get refund of the full amount that I have paid. I do no prefer any kind of replacement as I no more trust the quality of the products sold on ebay.
