Dear sir, I booked samsung s4 mini on ebay (PaisaPay ID: 431062 72148). But i received wrong item, so i booked complaint on ebay (My claim id: 2176964). As per ebay instruction i return the product to seller and submitted my courier detail on their website and same delivered to seller on (05.09.2016) (DTDC, AWB.NO: B35506698). Today i received following mail as attached. They said i did not provide the proof of return shipment, but they mentioned that processed my refund and deleted my return proof from their site.I have doubt on ebay.in, whether they refund my money or not.Even today i contacted them by phone, they said that they will refund my money within 7 days and i asked them ” why u stated like that i did not provide the return shipment proof”. But no clear answer from them. Please help.

They have to refund my money. 2.Return back their wrong statement that i did not provide the return shipment details.
