i purchased a mobile of rs 20,000 rs from Ebay which was damaged & had scratches on it it was covered under Ebay gurantee so i filed a complaint against seller & asked for refund the Ebay claim adjuster said that i have scrathced mobile purposely & this mobile is not under ebay gurantee

i have got no reply from Ebay inspite of sending so many mails to them loss of rs 20,000 rs
