On 15th September-14 i purchased one I Ball mobile online from e bay online shopping.I have paid the amount by net banking.It was suppose to reach me at my address by 23rd September .Then i received a mail that your shipment is getting delayed.On 24th i asked for refund.I got a claim no-663444.Till date neither i have received the material nor claim has been refunded.
