Edabba.com – Payment cleared product not delivered

I had placed an order bearing order no.:4029138 on 30th November, 2014 through online shopping on the merchant website www.edabba.com. Although the payment was cleared through netbanking via CCAvenues payment gateway bearing transaction id:1130183205, the product has not been delivered.

I have suffered a financial loss of Rs4,559 which is the amount paid for the online purchase besides the interest lost on the same amount debited from my savings account with HDFC bank over a period of 33 days.

I want the amount refunded from the merchant/seller along with the rate of interest.
