Country Club India Booked Membership Without Information

Company has done wrong practice to book my membership, and when I raised this issue, they offered me compensations for the same, so, instead of demanding refund I accepted proposed compensations. But despite of giving several reminders over mail, three months has passed but still compensations has not been updated in my web account given by Country Club. So, still I am not able to book any vacations or any services provided by them over the web. So, they are not trust worthy, and every time I can not run here and there to avail any of services provided by them, so, I want cancellation of my membership and refund of my paid money ASAP. Few Details: 1. Membership no: CCDL11V5LB18697 2. Booked on: 1st June 2014, and escalated on very next day : 2nd June 2014 3. Booked at : MZ-44/45, Center Stage Mall, 2nd Floor, Sector 18, Noida – 201301 4. Payment receipt# 06143-16483 for INR 40,000.00 5.
