Ref. my online Complaint No. 112367.2.2014 dated 02.10.2014 registered with you on-line regarding Non replacement or repair of Spice Full Touch Dual Sim Phone M-6110 despite repeated requests. It is intimated that despite my repeated visit at the authorized service center of the spice company, they failed to deliver me the mobile set and intimated me that my mobile set has been misplaced by them as they have shifted their Customer Service Center from Sector 34, Chandigarh to Sector 22, Chandigarh (i.e. Smart Services, SCO No. 1092, Sector 22-B, Chandigarh). Thereafter, I contacted the Customer Care Executives (05-06 times) and lodged a complaint for misplacement of set. The Complaint Ref, No. is 0400035955 dated 24.12.2014, which is still unattended. My handset has not yet been delivered to me by the said company after repairs. Hence this complaint.

New handset with cost of wasting petrol, telephonic expenditure and filing on-line complaint.
