Hello Sir, I am 32 years old housewife.I joined Ego wellness for slimming at 3 march 2013, my complains are – 1. They were not provided proper services, always I had to remind for services. 2. After one month they told me that “we are shifted to another place, you can resume your services after 10-15 days, we will inform you about our new location” 3. After wasting my 6 month they called me in mid September that “now we opened our new center you can come ” 4. This time I am not able to join the centre due to some health issues and other circumstances . 5. I ask about refund because they were unable to provide services within the 2 months duration, but they denied. please help me as I feel cheated.
