in 2008 our meter have jump by 10000 unit and the board is charging this bill of Rs. 50000 from us after giving written application they have changed our meter but this amount is charging from us again giving application they have decrease the this bill by 27774/- but why we pay this amount its ur mistake then we are liable to pay this.so we want waiver of this amount
