I had given two Laptops of lenovo and Compaq make respectively, for repair, to Ms Electro Service Point in the month of May 2015. The laptops were repaired and returned and I had paid in full for both the laptops The payment receipts are attached herewith. However the computers failed within a week of the repair. One was taken back by Electro Service Point in June 2015 for further repairs and I was told the second one would be taken back after returning the first lap top. I have since followed up for over a year through numerous telephonic calls, personal visit to their repair shop in Teghoria and emails, and despite several assurances and confirmations, the laptops have not been delivered till date. During my visit to their repair shop I had handed over the second lap top also to them The copy of receipt of the laptop at Teghoria and the copies of emails exchanged are attached. Needless to say I have been put through severe harassment and inconvenience for over a year now. Not only have I and my wife been deprived of the laptop, we have wasted many a weekends when Electro Service Point Engineers confirmed that they would be coming home to deliver the laptops , but never turned up, nor informed us of a change in plan. They had also promised to provide replacement laptops (Ref email correspondence) but this was never fulfilled I am now firmly of the opinion that Electro Service Point has no intention of returning the laptops. I am completely frustrated and exhausted at having to deal with a company that seems to be thriving on falsehood and deceit. I have on my part given Electro Service Point enough opportunity and time to meet their commitment, and now have no other option but to register my complaint with the consumer complaints forum and seek your help in getting my case resolved through your intervention I also demand a suitable compensation of Rs 2.5 lacs for the laptops and the mental harassment and prolonged inconvenience they have caused willfully and fraudulently

Me and my wife have not been able to use the computers for over a year now and had no access to all the information stored therein.Also since Electro service point kept on assuring us the computer would be returned in a day or two,we were left frustrated each and every time. Mental harassment and severe inconvenience We waited for them several weekends, cancelling all our plans as they had promised to return the laptops but they never turned up
