Disappointing services by Electrolux service center… Santanu Mandal1 to: electrolux.care 11/01/2014 11:12 PM Dear Sir / Madam, I, Santanu Mandal, a customer of your Electrolux refrigerator (model no ERL 245 FF). Few days back we experienced that the below compartment is not getting cooled. We put a complaint to the customer care and the complaint number is EBLR 2710140218 dated 27th Oct ’14. It was serviced by GX Systems & Services (Service Tax No: ADBPN6953HST001) in Bangalore on 29th Oct ’14. The technician informed us that he has changed the Defrost Timer and we need to observe 24hrs if the compartment is getting cooled or not. We experienced that there is no improvement by 30th Oct’14 and immediately we informed the person who came to rectify the issue (Mr Syed). Though the person told he would visit our place immediately but did not turn up. The next day, 31st Oct ’14 we informed GX Systems about this and requested to send some technician asap. The lady informed that the technician would be visiting our place by 31st itself or latest by 1st Nov morning. Till date nobody turned up once the improper service done on 29th Oct and most of the things kept in refrigerator rotten expecting the technician might turn up any time. I did not expect such a worst and dreadful service from Electrolux and very disappointed to write this mail to you. Requesting you to take proper action to rectify my Refrigerator as soon as you can and simultaneously take an action against your authorized service center if you are really concerned about your customer care.
Need the refrigerator to get rectified with immediate effect else a fee of 5000 INR due to damage of food and beverages
