On Saturday dated 1st November, I registered a complain with videocon d2h for not working my device. They said an engineer will come at your home with in 24 hours, but no body comes. At the same time, a message comes that your problem has been solved. But no body arrives. So, I called again, they said it will resolve on monday, but no body comes. I calles again at 2pm on monday, they said it will resolve before 5pm. But again nobody comes. Today i.e Tuesday. I called them 14 times. But no body comes. please take some action against this non senses.

Solve my problems. Take some serious action against the dealer. Return my money for last 4 days of not showing telecast.
