I purchased zenfone4. Just using for a weeks time it developed a line in the screen. So after that I contacted service center and they arranged a pickup of my phone. I hail from India Jammu and Kashmir and our part of country met a devastated flood and soon after dispatching my phone to Jammu division of Jammu and Kashmir .it reached the service Center after one month. After contacting service Center guys they saw my unit and affirmed me that there something wrong with the unit and it needs to repaired and they are waiting for a mail from asus-in@support.com for approval. Now when I mailed support them they told a different version , they replied me by saying that u have to pay for the repairs, I was astonished to hear from them that with no fault if mine and barely using the said phone for a weeks time, why am I supposed to for the repairs. Kindly do the needful and get necessary orders issued to the service Center people so that I have my phone back. Furthermore support guys reply me by saying i will have to pay . this is ridiculous and I find my self cheated for no fault of mine.
I want my phone back from service center . the under warranty phone is not liable for any charges
