Sir/Madam, I ordered Clearline Quartz Roomheater from EMIBazar.com on 18th December 2014 and bought it using my ICICI Credit card on EMI. The order number is 510055024. I got their response that this will be delivered in 7 to 10 working days. Till date (03/01/2015), I have not received the product. From ICICI Credit card, the amount has been paid to them. Since last 7 days I have also put the request for cancellation with them, and have send number of mails, called them 4 times, but no action is happening from their side. That is why I am raising this to You, please help.

Cancellation confirmation from EMIBazar. And they shall make the credit card transaction void, such that I am not charged in the ICICI credit card statement.
