I had paid maintenance for my flat in ETA Globevill sriperumbudur chennai at the asking rate of 3rs per sqft. Later on the rate was reduced to rs 2 per sqft. Since then i have been following up for the refund of the excess amount paid by me and the refund has not been made.

I had a personal emergency early this year. the amount would have been very helpful. I also have two loans running and the amount would have reduced my financial burden. Also the torture and pain of not getting an appropriate response from ETA team is very disturbing.

I want my excess money to refunded with the interest amount calculated at the time of 11%. The rate is based on the loan rate at the time of excess payment to ETA.
