we bought this Aqua Guard revira RO System water purifier on 12/5/13 from mr Roshan sales man ( 9841657870) we got series of fault commitments , in the first month itself we had so many problems with the machine this shows that this machine is not fit for the consumers, during last week of july we again had a problem with machine water was literally stinking so we called up customer service numerous times and finally by 1st of august an service person had come and changes the filter and charged us 950 rs, again the next problem was by end of nov since 5 days there is no water coming from purifier, we are tired of calling customer service executive we spoke to Mr vignesh but it was vain, we tried calling Mr mathew Chacko (Regional manager) but he never picked up his call nor bothered to call back, Our customer service number is 74218047. & My customer id is 1010391568. I would request each and everyone not to go for this product at all , Product is horrible and service is pathetic.

we are totally dissatisfied with this product and pathetic after sales service so kindly take this machine and refund all our money including damages.
