Eureka Forbes -Aquaguard Enhance delay in service

Date: 7th July 2013 Sales rep(SR) Mr Dahije along with associate Mr Wasim came at our place to present his product Eureka Aquaguard in response to our enquiry for the product. We had earlier made the enquiry of the product on internet and found the no of Mr Anil who send SR to our place. After impressive presentation which highlighted: 1) Advance features of the product 2) Delivery timeframe 3) After Sale services and other promises Considering the weather and news of contamintaed water in our locality we had placed the order of “Aquaguard Enhance” and handed over the crossed cheque for Rs 11,900 on response to the PROMISE that the product would be delivered latest by 10th July 2013. However the product was not delivered on the promised date and the amount was debited from the account. On several followup we were directed to different contacts Mr Anil 9022058861, Mr Sachin 9029338875 and promises were made that the product us expected to deliver in couple of days time, which is not the case as on 24th July 2013 18hh:15mm

1)Interest charges from the date of amount debited to the date of delivery. 2)Compensation for the pain which I have taken to follow-up (as per the decision taken by the authority) 3) Compensation of the danger which my family have faced due to contaminated water.
