Sir, i have logged purachase order of Aquasure amrit with kitanu magnet cartdridgeon 13/5/2015 at 7.41.10pm having customer ID 8000029076 and transaction ID 52499.I have paid the amount through online gateway provided by company because I need the product urgently because in my house no alternate purification facility is available and I have trust on Eureka forbes products since long time.But experience related to this time purchase is very very worst that my opinion about this company and service is going to vanish. Since purchase day I am calling on mobile no.7483038xxx daily but instead of any fruitful results the are asking routine information and at the end they are telling you will get call back and you will have your product very soon.but till this moment I neither got the call back nor the product which I need eagerly…(but I have wasted around Rs.200/-on the calling to your care service no.) regards, sharad patil 9421780xxx
i want the product quickly and charge the fine of Rs.10000/- to the company for giving wrong and misguiding information on the website.Also for waiting my valuable time and money charge additional fine/compensation of Rs.10000/- pay to me.
