My mobile being given to service center mentioned in the above service center on 4th of April 2015 as the screen was damaged, the same service center has closed down all their operations with out informing. when contacted HTC they claim they have the device, but not delivering the device even after repeated chats with them, from 4th for May i have been in conversation with them and they tell we will look into this give 24 to 48 hrs but even after that i come back they give the same answer repeatedly but not doing any commitment.

i have been chatting with them every alternate day for nearly one hour leaving my work unattended, trying to call them they do not pick the phone even after 5 to 6 min’s and the phone gets disconnected.
