Sir i have purchased blackberry z3 phone from amazon but my phone is not accepting the sim card from the date i have purchased it . when i visited the service center regarding the issue they demanding charges for repair. IF my phone is in warranty period then why should i pay money for repair .According to me phone is faulty not genuine. When i demanded for doa letter they were not giving .

Sir my money have been got stuck by which i have bought the phone and need more money to repair it
