With reference to Customer ID 8000028774 and Transaction ID 333521966 I received the product of Dr. Aquaguard Compact and again I requested to exchange the same with Dr. Aquaguard Booster, since company has assured to return or exchange without any reason and the same was booked on online vide Ref No. 00240 but till today i.e., 23.06.02015 it was not received.

Supply and installation of Dr. Aquaguard Booster in place of Dr. Aquaguard Compact or otherwise the product should be taken back and amount paid should be returned to me.
