I had a contract with eureka Forbes fro two years that is from 16/11/13 to 15/11/15 for servicing of the purifier These guys are not even coming according to their contract and when called they are just saying that today he will come but he (the engineer)never comes This is resulting in health of the family members as the purifier is not serviced it is giving its best and already started to give a little bad water
I called upon the given number and these guys told that the engineer will come tomorrow this is of 18 June 2014 and their after continuously they are not giving us any response Now today when I called upon they told me that the engineer is coming today but he is not here still as the working hours are over
We want eureka Forbes to come at our home and service the purifier as early as possible Otherwise I would request consumer forum to act upon it!!!
