Eureka Forbes – Replacement Delayed

I have launched a complaint on 20th June 2014 for replacement of my Aqua Sure Xpert water purifier. Followed than on 22nd June 14, 14th July 2014 & on 21st July 2014.Till now no action has been taken. Once the engineer came on 22nd June and mentioned need to replace the display.Service center people even do not pick my phone. Same with the dealer.
I have taken couple of time off from office as they call and say will visit my door, but no one comes.
want replacement of my product or my money back.
