Eureka Forbes – Ro Machine not shipped neither cancelled order

we have placed a request online for enhance Eureka Forbes RO as my father was hospitalized due to some stomach operation, so before that he was discharged we wanted the RO installed, after visiting the online site continuous calls were made from the sales department for purchase even on weekends on which the generally deny services if asked, on continuous request we made the purchase online and requested to install it with in the given time frame of 5 working days maximum, but the machine was not shipped neither any intimation call was made regarding it we made repeated calls for tracking the order after waiting for 10 days we finally placed the order of cancellation, with online cancellation no #308, after the order for cancellation was placed they shipped the item, though when they contacted we requested not to deliver the product as we are not happy with the type of service or on action being taken, we have although sent emails on 12 June , 13 June but the company did not show the courtesy to reply us neither, now they shipped the item on 17 June , we requested to install it in 1/2 days to maximum as we badly needed it but no action taken though the customer care executive has asked us for a maximum time till 4 pm on 19 June.

I wanted the officials to give a proper response to my complain and want to know what is the compensation they will pay for the emotional trauma and money we have wasted ending up paying for the bisleri bottles daily and the money wasted calling up to your customer care executive
