I had requested Eureka Forbes to replace the unit for more than couple of times since the unit is not functioning fine. Technician visit the place and gives answer unit now working fine. Once the technician left the place unit starts malfunctioning. Every visit they are demanding service charges. Service center guys behave rude no respect to the customer.

I had called up the customer care and asked them to replace the unit. To till date this not happened.Kindly do the needful.
