i have purchased a vaccume cleaner (dry & wet) made eureka forbes. the product has been delivered by mr.santosh tripathi (sales man) mobile no:09811306756 on 06-10-2013 through Chalan and told by him that the bill, warranty card(for life time free service) and manual will be delivered within 15 days as it is being generated from mumbai office. in spite of my repeated requests it has not been delivered so far.i also talk to mr. manoj pandey in this regard following by a letter.
i want that an original bill, warranty card and manual should be given to me and some penalty to the concern/dealer may be imposed.
