I am writing this email with reference to my complaint number 79121386 raised on 20th, November 2014. My water purifier is not working from same day complaint was raised and not attended by any of your representatives. I tried calling your customer support several times but there is no response from their side. I tried calling Mr. Siddarth, contact number – 08447758xxx (Area Manager), but even he is not responding. I am writing this email to you as they left no option to me to go to consumer court.

Buying water every day which cost near 90 rs per day.
