On 17th Oct2014 i went to the bank for withdraw money,cashier refuse to make a payment without any reason and passed the cheque adjoining head cashier and told them to give cash first to me,i insisted for reason but he did not say than i approached to Mr.Amit joint manager for asking reason ,Mr.Amit instead of convince to the me he also refuse to said reason for non payment,Denied for complaint book,last but not least Rude behavior( Do whatever you want to do we have to answer from here.)Than i have decided to lodge complaint.After lodged complaint Chief Manager adjoined with Joint manager had intentionally replied my Grievance that we have obtain satisfactory letter form customer and closed it.The fact is i had never give any kind of satisfactory letter to Chief Manager or related to any one.Chief Manager produced fake document with my fictitious sign. I also met to DGM MR.Venugopal but he also insisted me to withdraw complaint they blamed on cashier rather than Rude behavior of joint manager and Misuse of his power,misguide to bank of baroda , fraud with customer by chief manager.Therefore i would request you thoroughly inquiry and take necessary action against them.
I do not feel safe of my accounts and locker etc… if thus kind of staff still remain in Por branch.I would request you give them proper punishment with transfer so that they will not so again in future with customer.
